Bonbon Ceramics Pickup/Delivery Policy

Bonbon Pottery offers two convenient options for receiving your ceramics: in-store pickup or delivery to your desired location.

Pickup Option

• DIY paining ceramic pieces will be ready for collection or delivery after 4 weeks following your visit date. (NOTE: Due to the high demand, our current collection time is 4 weeks from the date of your visit. We are actively working on expanding our kiln capacity to enhance this timeframe.)
• The pieces will be stored securely for 28 days following the readiness for collection.
• Any items not collected within 28 days will be donated or disposed of due to limited storage space. If you’re unable to collect them within this period, please contact us for separate arrangement. 
• Please present your receipt for verification at the time of pickup

Delivery Option

• We offer both domestic and international shipping options. The shipping costs are outlined below.
• Fulfilled through Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service.
• Bonbon Pottery will take all necessary precautions to meticulously package your ceramics, minimising the risk of damage during transit. 
• Nevertheless, it’s important to note that Bonbon Pottery cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage that might occur during the shipping process.
• In the rare and unfortunate event of loss or damage during transit, you have the option to directly file a claim with Royal Mail in accordance with Royal Mail’s compensation policy.
