For our DIY sessions, we offer the option for you to bring your own drinks or cold food items (excluding pizza) at an additional cost of £5 per person. We recommend purchasing these options when booking your session online. If not, these options can be paid for in-store. Please remember to clean up any food waste at the end of your session.

Each session lasts for 1.5 hours. If there is availability in the following session, we may be able to extend your current session to allow more time for painting. The extension fees are as follows: £5 for an additional 30 minutes, £10 for an extra 60 minutes, and £15 for an additional 90 minutes per person. Please note that session extensions are subject to availability. Please check with our staff onsite for the possibility of extending your session.
If we are unable to accommodate an extension due to a fully booked schedule, you have the option to store your unfinished ceramics in our store for a maximum of 30 days, Please arrange a date and time with our staff, excluding weekends, for your return to complete your artwork. The extension fees mentioned above will apply for the additional time required during your return visit.

Please be aware:

  • Our online booking system is intended solely for new painting sessions. To schedule a return visit to complete unfinished pieces, kindly coordinate a date and time directly with our staff on site on the day of your first visit.
  • Unfortunately, any unfinished ceramics remaining after 30 days will be disposed of or donated due to our limited storage capacity.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled pottery sessions, including DIY sessions, pottery classes, or party/group events, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Access Denial: In certain situations, such as when the delay disrupts the experience for other participants, we reserve the right to deny access to the session.

  • Session Duration: Due to prior bookings and commitments, we regret that we won’t be able to extend your session beyond the originally scheduled finish time.

In either of these cases, please note that the deposit or price paid for the session will not be refunded.

Occasionally, partial imperfections may arise during the painting process. For instance, applying an excessive amount of underglaze or blending different pigments can result in glaze flaking. We kindly advise you to exercise caution when handling items with sharp edges, if applicable. Furthermore, certain items may display glaze pinholes, blisters, or bubbles over the underglaze. Please note that Bonbon Pottery cannot assume responsibility for these partial imperfections.

Bonbon Pottery shall not be held liable for any personal injuries or damages sustained while using pottery wheels, especially in instances where such injuries or damages arise from failure to adhere to the instructor’s guidelines. Bonbon Pottery disclaims any liability for personal injury or damage that may occur due to a client’s negligence or inexperience during these sessions.

Bonbon Pottery shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from activities within the party event. This encompasses, but is not limited to, personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses. Clients engage in all activities at their own risk.

It is your responsibility to safeguard your personal belongings at all times during your activities at Bonbon Pottery. Bonbon Pottery cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred.

Ceramics may incur damage or get lost during the glazing, firing and packaging process. In the event of such occurrences, Bonbon Pottery provides customers with options such as a full refund of the paid price or an invitation for the customer to return and paint a pottery item of equal value free of charge. However, Bonbon Pottery cannot be held liable for any costs exceeding what the customer originally paid.

Due to fluctuating demand, there may be delays to our originally agreed-upon collection or delivery timeline. Bonbon Pottery will make every effort to align with the initially agreed-upon schedule, but we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of such delays.
