Will the wheel throwing, hand-building, and painting all take place on the same day?
The wheel throwing, hand-building, and painting activities are all scheduled for the same day. During the 2.5-hour session, we will use a torch to dry your hand-built pottery, so it will be ready for painting right away.
What is the age requirement for this session?
This session is suitable for ages 15 and older.
What if I can't find the time slots that suit me, can I request more availability?
If you are unable to find a suitable date or time, and you have a group of at least 3 people, please fill out this Request to Book Form to request a class that fits your schedule.
What is your BYOB Policy? Can I bring my own food or drinks?
For our DIY sessions, we offer the option for you to bring your own drinks or cold food items (excluding pizza) at an additional cost of £5 per person. We recommend purchasing these options when booking your session online. If not, these options can be paid for in-store. Please remember to clean up any food waste at the end of your session.
Please note that we can supply glass cups, so there’s no need for you to bring your own.

Booking & Refund Policy

A full refund is available if cancelled more than 5 days before the session.

One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 3 days in advance. No further reschedules will be granted.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 2 days of the session.
•
This policy applies even if the booking was made within 5 days of the session date.
