Refund Policy and and T&C
- A full refund is available if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the party.
- No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 7 days of the party.
- This policy applies regardless of whether the booking was made within 7 days of the party start date.
- By booking a session online, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Pickup & Delivery Policy, and Inspection & Care guidelines.

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)
Children under 2 years old are welcome to accompany their parents but cannot participate in the pottery activity, and they will not be included in the headcount. For children under 16 years old, parental presence and supervision are required throughout the visit. It's crucial to ensure that children refrain from ingesting pigments or clay or placing them near their mouth, eyes, nose, or ears. Please be advised that Bonbon Pottery cannot assume responsibility for the safety of children.
You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own DJ when you opt for full venue hire. However, please note that this is not possible for half venue hire.
Extended sessions are now offered at £50 for every 30 minutes for half venue rental and £100 for entire venue rental.
To ensure availability for extended sessions, we strongly recommend requesting them in advance, as they may be limited due to subsequent bookings and arrangements.
We require the full balance to be paid at the time of booking, but the payment is refundable as long as you provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling prior to the event.

Yes, you can. For half venue hire, we can accommodate up to 25 people, and for full venue hire, up to 45 people.

These credits can be used on the same day for drinks, or to allow attendees to paint additional pottery pieces, provided they can finish them within the party’s duration.
