How it works

All ages and abilities are welcome to these 1.5-hour sessions.

You can select from over 100 ceramics, including cups, plates, vases, and picture frames, to paint.

The cost you see is all-inclusive, covering painting to firing. You only need to pay the listed ceramic price.

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)
What is your BYOB Policy? Can I bring my own food or drinks?
For our DIY sessions, we offer the option for you to bring your own drinks or cold food items (excluding pizza) at an additional cost of £5 per person. We recommend purchasing these options when booking your session online. If not, these options can be paid for in-store. Please remember to clean up any food waste at the end of your session.
Please note that we can supply glass cups, so there's no need for you to bring your own.
How long will it take for my ceramics to be ready?
Your ceramic piece will be ready for collection approximately two weeks after your visit. Alternatively, we can ship it to you once it's ready.
We will notify you via email when your item is ready for pickup. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks of your visit, please feel free to contact us at the Contact Us Page.
Can I extend my DIY session if I need more time?
Each session lasts for 1.5 hours. If there is availability in the following session, we may be able to extend your current session to allow more time for painting. The extension fees are as follows:
- £5 per person for an additional 30 minutes.
- £10 per person for an additional 60 minutes.
- £15 per person for an additional 90 minutes.
Please note that session extensions are subject to availability. Please check with our staff onsite for the possibility of extending your session.
If we are unable to accommodate an extension due to a fully booked schedule, you have the option to store your unfinished ceramics in our store for a maximum of 28 days. Please book a return visit through the DIY Session Booking Page, excluding weekends, to complete your artwork.
The extension fees mentioned above will apply for the additional time required during your return visit.
Unfortunately, any unfinished ceramics remaining after 28 days will be disposed of or donated due to our limited storage capacity.
How can I book with Gift Cards?

- To book a session, simply submit a gift card booking request.

How do back-to-back bookings work?
You can book 2 sessions back-to-back for a total of 3 hours. For the second session (the additional 1.5 hours), you will be charged £15 per person. Alternatively, you can purchase a new bisque item to paint during the second session. If you don't finish all the items during these sessions, any subsequent session will be charged at the standard extension rate of £5 per half hour.
Booking & Refund Policy

A credit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure your session.

A full refund is available if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs more than 2 days prior to the session.
•
No refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations are allowed within 2 days of the session.
•
This policy applies regardless of whether the booking was made within 2 days of the session start date.
