Wheel Throwing DIY Session

  • 3-hour session suitable for adults or kids over the age of 12.
  • Prior experience with pottery wheels is required. If you’re already familiar with pottery wheels, you’re good to go. However, if you’re new to pottery wheels, we recommend attending our Bon-Build Class before diving into this DIY session.
  • You’ll have access to your own potter’s wheel and tools throughout the DIY session. 1KG of clay will be supplied for your creative endeavors.
  • Get ready to roll up your sleeves and explore wheel throwing, hand-building, and pottery painting at your own pace, using our wide range of hand tools and painting supplies.
  • Our studio offers a light and airy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and experiencing the therapeutic benefits of pottery.
  • After completing your creations, you can choose to have them fired in our kiln for an additional fee of £10 per item (for items within the dimensions of 18cmx15cmx15cm; larger items may incur additional costs). Our experienced technicians will carefully glaze and fire your pieces, and you can collect them in four weeks.
