You will be notified via email when your pottery pieces are ready for pickup.
Collections Time:
Monday and Tuesday: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There’s NO requirement to book a collection time; you are welcome to visit anytime during our standard collection hours.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There’s NO requirement to book a collection time; you are welcome to visit anytime during our standard collection hours.
Saturday: NOT open for collections
Sunday: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. To schedule a Sunday collection, please ensure to send an email to team@bonbonpottery.co.uk at least one week prior to the desired collection date. In your email, include your name, the date of your initial visit, and your item number (found on your collection receipt) to secure your collection appointment.
