Refund Policy and and T&C

  • A full refund is available if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the party.
  • No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 7 days of the party.
  • This policy applies regardless of whether the booking was made within 7 days of the party start date.
  • By booking a session online, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Pickup & Delivery Policy, and Inspection & Care guidelines.

Absolutely! Our booking policy is very flexible. If you’re unsure about the total number of attendees, you can secure your space by paying the minimum charge for 10 people (half venue hire) or 26 people (full venue hire) at the time of booking. This allows you to lock in your reservation while confirming final numbers with your guests. Additional attendees can be paid for on the day of the event. Should you need to cancel, we offer a full refund as long as you notify us at least 7 days before the event.

Children under 2 years old are welcome to accompany their parents but cannot participate in the pottery activity, and they will not be included in the headcount. For children under 16 years old, parental presence and supervision are required throughout the visit. It’s crucial to ensure that children refrain from ingesting pigments or clay or placing them near their mouth, eyes, nose, or ears. Please be advised that Bonbon Pottery cannot assume responsibility for the safety of children.

You are welcome to bring your own food.
 
However, for half venue rental, please note that hot food such as pizzas is not allowed; only cold dishes are permitted.
 
There are no such restrictions for if you rent the entire venue.
Bonbon Pottery does not provide party decorations, so you’re free to bring your own. 
 
If you choose to rent only half of the venue, we kindly request that you avoid bringing balloons that are prone to popping, as the noise from bursting balloons could disturb guests in other areas. There are no such restrictions for those who rent the entire venue.
 
Please seek assistance from our staff before attaching anything to the wall. They will provide you with the appropriate tape, as other types of tape are not permitted.
 
It’s important to be aware that the setup/decoration time will be factored into the total duration of the party. Please ensure that all rented areas are cleaned by your group at the conclusion of the party. 

You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own DJ when you opt for full venue hire. However, please note that this is not possible for half venue hire.

Extended sessions are now offered at £50 for every 30 minutes for half venue rental and £100 for entire venue rental.

To ensure availability for extended sessions, we strongly recommend requesting them in advance, as they may be limited due to subsequent bookings and arrangements.

During the party, you have the option to participate in a variety of pottery activities:
 
  • Bon-Build Class: Led by an instructor, this class encompasses wheel throwing, hand-building, and pottery painting. The cost is £60 per person, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 participants. Please check with our staff for availability at the time of your booking. Minimum age: 8 years old.
 
  • Shape-and-Shade Class: This instructor-guided class focuses on hand-building and pottery painting. It’s priced at £45 per person, requiring a minimum of 3 participants and accommodating up to 22. Please check with our staff for availability at the time of your booking. Minimum age: 5 years old.
 
  • DIY Wheel Throwing: For those with prior wheel throwing experience, our pottery wheels are available for independent use at £20 per wheel, including clay. This DIY session offers a hands-on experience in wheel throwing, hand-building, and pottery painting, without the guidance of an instructor. Prior experience with pottery wheels is necessary. There’s no minimum number of participants required, but the maximum is 12. Minimum age: 8 years old.
 
  • DIY Hand-Building: Participants can explore hand-building and pottery painting on their own, with clay and tools provided for £15 per person. This self-guided session does not include instructional support. There’s no minimum participant requirement, and the maximum capacity is 24. Minimum age: 5 years old.
 
Please be aware that for all the activities mentioned above, an additional firing fee of £10 per item will be applied if you wish to have your item fired in our kiln.

We require the full balance to be paid at the time of booking, but the payment is refundable as long as you provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling prior to the event.
