This class does not include wheel throwing. For time on the wheel, choose Bon-Build.

None at all. Most people who walk through our door have never touched clay before, and that's rather the point. Our instructors will guide you.
Yes. Taster classes always need booking in advance, as places are limited. You choose Bon-Build or Shape and Shade when you book.
Something you don't mind getting a bit messy. We provide aprons, but clay has a way of finding its way onto sleeves. For wheel work, short sleeves and short nails help.
Once glazed and fired, your pottery is food-safe and dishwasher-friendly. Hand-washing will keep it looking its best for longer.
Yes, everything happens in one visit. During the session we torch-dry your hand-built pottery so it is ready to paint straight away.
Bon-Build is suitable for ages 15 and over. Shape and Shade is suitable for ages 12 and over.
No. Shape and Shade is hand-building and painting only. If you want time on the wheel, choose Bon-Build.
Yes. You can bring your own drinks or cold food (no pizza) for £5 per person. Add it when you book online, or pay in the studio on the day. We can supply glass cups, so there is no need to bring your own.
If you are a group of 3 or more, get in touch and we will try to arrange a class that fits your schedule.
Yes. Check live availability with the booking buttons above, then send us a gift card booking request and we will confirm your place.
Cancel more than 3 days before your class for a full refund. Within 3 days of the session we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling, and this applies to bookings made within that window too.
